Do I need to be fit to join your group fitness classes?

Absolutely not! Our strength and conditioning sessions are beginner-friendly and fully scalable. Our expert coaches tailor the movements, weights, and pacing to match your current experience level and fitness background, ensuring you train safely and effectively.

Unlike traditional commercial gyms that just provide rows of machines, Van Demon Fitness is a premier unconventional strength and conditioning facility. We specialize in coach-led group fitness, functional training, Kettlebells, and specialized Strongman equipment. Do you provide training for specific physical tests or athletic goals?

Yes. Alongside general functional fitness, we specialize in tactical fitness and ADF (Australian Defence Force) fitness preparation and First responders, as well as youth athlete sports performance development.
